Marriage and Family Mediation

In cases where these relationships have irretrievably broken down, we are able to assist parties in coming to an agreement about matters such as division of assets and treasured possessions, child-care and visitation rights, disposal of property and a range of other concerns.  These can then be incorporated into the final agreement drafted by the couple’s legal practitioners. There have been cases where, in these discussions, parties have realised that they have more in common than that which divides them and have decided to attempt reconciliation. We are LGTNQIA+ friendly in these, and all our other, interactions with clients.
